Refund Policy – Inspire NEET Academy

This Refund Policy applies to all enrollments and payments made through https://inspireneetacademy.com/⁠(“Platform”) and is operated by Inspire NEET Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”).

Please read this policy carefully before making any payment.

1. General Policy
   By enrolling in any course or program with Inspire NEET Academy, you agree to this Refund Policy.
   All payments made towards course fees are subject to the terms mentioned below.
2. No Refund Policy
   All course fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully made.
   No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including:
   Change of mind
   Change in study plans
   Lack of usage of course
   Dissatisfaction with teaching style
   Failure to achieve expected results
   Partial course attendance
   Students are advised to review course details carefully before enrolling.
3. Exception – Refund Eligibility
   Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
   ✅ Duplicate Payment
   ✅ Technical Error (Payment deducted but access not provided)
   Conditions:
   Request must be raised within 48 hours of transaction
   Valid proof of payment must be provided
   Refund will be processed after verification
4. Refund Process
   Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
   We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways
5. Course Access
   Once course access is granted, it will be considered as service delivered
   No refund will be applicable after access is activated
6. Cancellation Policy
   Enrollment once confirmed cannot be cancelled
   No cancellation requests will be accepted after payment
7. Chargebacks
   Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of access
   We reserve the right to take necessary action in case of fraudulent disputes
8. Limitation of Liability
   Inspire NEET Academy’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.
